Booking Appt.

When booking a card will be required in order to book.

For check out I accept Credit, Debit, or Cash(exact amount). You will be able to use the card you saved as well.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, you will be able to do so 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so you will be charged a $20 fee. (No exceptions)

Rescheduling

If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Otherwise, a $20 fee will be charged. (No exceptions)

No Call, No Show

No Call No show will result in appointment cancellation and will be charged FULL price of the service.

Running Late

Please contact me is you are running late. After 10-15 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled due to not enough time for the service and will be charged a $20 fee.

Important Information

I do not accept foreign fills. If you have lash extensions done by another Lash Tech, you must book a removal before a full set.

40% - 50% of your lash extensions must be on in order to book a fill.

If a touch up is needed 24 - 48 hours after your full set it will be free of charge. Anything after the above time period will be charged as a fill.
No refunds, all services and products are final. If you're having a allergic reaction please contact me immediately and I will do a removal free of charge.

Please come to your appointment with no eye makeup, preferably with a bare face. Make up products tend to hold on the natural lashes and takes days for it to come off completely and this can and will result in poor retention.

No additional guest or kids.

If under 18 years of age, parent or legal guardian must be present to sign consent.

If you are looking for an appointment outside of business hours for a $25 extra charge, please text me.
